At LuxeCraft Consulting,
systems, operations, and genuine care for the builders we serve are at the core of everything we do. 

I started this company because I believe talented builders deserve businesses that run as well as the homes they build. 

My three kids — McKinley, Berkley, and Emerson — are deeply woven into why I do this work. We're a baseball-and-music family: tournament weekends, violin and viola practice, road trips, and very competitive board game nights. Life is full, intentional, and never boring — and that same energy goes into every client I work with.

I came up through the construction and real estate world — as a business owner, a Director of Operations inside a custom home building company, and someone who has sat in nearly every seat from sales to project management, on job sites and in the office. That real-world experience is what makes this work different. I'm not an IT person. I understand your world because I've lived it.

My passion is helping builders go from firefighting to leading — by uncovering how their business actually works from lead to warranty, building a complete operational system around it, and implementing the right software to make it stick. The result is a business that's scalable, sustainable, and built to last.
